In collaboration with the original Mighty Morphin Power Ranger and the late Jason David Frank, the Hasbro POWER RANGERS team revealed The POWER RANGERS Lightning Collection Tommy Oliver Master Morpher. In honor of Jason David Frank’s legacy and the recent reveal of The POWER RANGERS Lightning Collection Tommy Oliver Master Morpher, Hasbro has made a donation in his name to The Jed Foundation (JED), an organization that provides support and resources for mental health protection and suicide prevention among young adults and teens. Also, the POWER RANGERS team unveiled a new multipack inspired by the BOOM! Studios comic series, the POWER RANGERS Lightning Collection Omega Rangers Pack featuring Omega Red Ranger, Omega Black Ranger, Omega Yellow Ranger, and Omega Blue Ranger 6-inch figures!

Celebrate 30 years of Power Rangers and the legacy of the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger with The Power Rangers Lightning Collection Tommy Oliver Master Morpher. Last July, Hasbro first announced their Plastic-Free Packaging initiatives for all of their toy lines. It seems that in the almost year since, fan response has led Hasbro to reverse this decision and bring back windowed packaging, but with sustainable plastics.

We wanted to share an update on packaging for Hasbro’s 6-inch-scale figures. Based on your feedback, we will be re-introducing windows and blisters to our 6-inch fan figures beginning later this year, into 2024 for select products across our portfolio of brands, including, G.I. Joe Classified, Power Rangers Lightning Collection, Star Wars Black Series and Marvel Legends. This will eventually expand to all new 6-inch figure releases.
The new windows and blisters will be made from bio PET or recycled PET helping us achieve our priority of meeting our fans’ expectations for extraordinary packaging and superior design while still developing packaging that minimizes waste and the use of virgin plastic.

One of the entertainment reveals was introduced by Kai Moya who plays Ollie Akana in Power Rangers Dino Fury and Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. After missing the Hasbro PulseCon Dino Fury panel, he got to reveal his suit for the Cosmic Fury Blue Ranger!
