It’s time to Ranger Up with @trekkieb47 @secretrangerfan & @ZachLaVoy as they talk all things Power Rangers on the Four Eyed Radio Network with RANGER COMMAND POWER HOUR!
In this episode we will be discussing our thoughts on each day of the RangerStop 7 convention as well as recordings of the panels we attended.
This was the first RangerStop that all of the hosts attended and was A.P.’s first convention. The convention was also the first event all three original hosts were together. For us, RangerStop 7 was an experience we will never forget and a perfect way to celebrate five years of RCPH.
A big thanks to show owner Michael Buoni and his hardworking team for a great experience as well as the press badges. We are looking forward to the next one and hope to see more of our listeners there. Enjoy the show!
Can’t Stop. Won’t Stop. RangerStop.

Street Fighter™ Character Chun-Li Becomes a POWER RANGER in POWER RANGERS: Legacy Wars
Introduction of Chun-Li Ranger also brings back all prior Street Fighter characters for sale
SAN FRANCISCO – November 15, 2019 – POWER RANGERS: Legacy Wars, the popular mobile fighting game by developer nWay in partnership with Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) and global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) today announced the introduction of Chun-Li Ranger as a playable character starting tomorrow. The accompanying trailer details how the legendary Street Fighter™ character Chun-Li and the POWER RANGERS join forces to combat her arch nemesis M. Bison and his army of evil Rangers, as well as her transformation into Chun-Li Ranger.
Chun-Li Ranger is a brand new character created by nWay in partnership with Capcom and the POWER RANGERS creative team. Street Fighter characters first crossed over into Power Rangers: Legacy Wars last spring and marked one of the most successful events in the game’s three year history as it introduced Ryu Ranger, a POWER RANGERS: Legacy Wars exclusive character where Ryu received a Power Coin and morphed into a Power Ranger. Now filled with the power of the Blazing Phoenix, Chun-Li’s moves can set her opponent ablaze with blue phoenix fire. Flip in with a Kasairyuu (Volcano Kick) into Houohmai (Phoenix Dance), activate your super to unleash a brutal Senhoukyaku (Thousand Phoenix Kicks), then toy with your foe as they deal with the heat.
As part of Chun-Li Ranger’s introduction to POWER RANGERS: Legacy Wars, all prior Street Fighter characters—including Ryu, Guile, M. Bison, Cammy, Akuma, Chun-Li, and Ryu Ranger—will be available for sale in-game once more.
POWER RANGERS: Legacy Wars is available to download now in the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
Play as Chun-Li, along with a robust cast of iconic fighters, in the latest installment of Capcom’s Street Fighter franchise in Street Fighter™ V: Arcade Edition, available now exclusively for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Windows PC. Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 13th, Go Go Power Rangers Issue 25 will be released from Boom Studios. Below you will find a preview and review of the issue as well as the main cover and variants.
NECESSARY EVIL CONTINUES! The Secret Origin of the OMEGA RANGERS continues as Jason and the Blue Emissary search for new recruits to the ALL NEW POWER RANGER TEAM. But when Zordon and Alpha-5 go missing, Jason must choose what’s more important – his friends or protecting the universe from the fallout of SHATTERED GRID!
Host Eric (@trekkieb47) had a chance to read the issue in advance and shares his review:
“Go Go Power Rangers issue 25 starts off with Tommy Oliver after losing his Green Ranger powers. Earlier in this arc, he left the team to focus on being alone and trying to find his place. This event also happened in the show, and this issue specifically slots perfectly into the events leading up to and during ‘White Light’.
What’s great about this issue, and the Necessary Evil arc as a whole, is giving more context and background to what we have seen in the show. While the Boom! Studios comics are their own universe where events in the show still play out in a modern setting, it’s fun to imagine the events of the comic happening to the cast of the show. Want to know why Zordon and Alpha-5 initially disappeared during the events of ‘White Light’? It’s explained with more detail in this issue.
I also enjoyed the small return of a familiar character that played an important role in Shattered Grid and less so in Beyond The Grid. It’s clear the writers are taking the opportunity to not only expand the lore of the show, but the comics as well. While readers can probably guess where the story is going because of ‘Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers’, I am sure there are surprises that will make us wonder what’s in store next for Necessary Evil.”
