Originally revealed from io9 / Gizmodo, Hasbro has announced the Power Rangers exclusive for Hasbro PulseCon 2021 – Pudgy Pig.

First seen in the classic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 1 episode “Food Fight”, Pudgy Pig is the fourth monster in the Monsters line of Lightning Collection figures. Below is the official description and high resolution press images.

Hasbro PulseCon’s date has not been announced at this time, but we will let you know when it is!

Update: The press release originally said $45, unfortunately this was a misprint. Hasbro Pulse currently lists the figure at $57.99.

Hasbro just wrapped two successful days of its first-ever virtual convention, Hasbro PulseCon, hosted by Jackie Jennings, SYFY Wire on-air correspondent, writer, and producer. The con was action-packed, featuring musical guests and engaging concert experiences from Fallout Boy, Lights and Jack Black and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D, several appearances by the energetic John Cena who moderated a live Q&A with Tenacious D and served as judge of the cosplay contest, as well as a live Q&A with Fall Out Boy which closed out the event.

For Power Rangers, the brand team panel gave first-looks at the Retro-Morphin Figures and Zeo Megazord, along with a number of Lightning Collection products like the new wave of figures and Metallic Pink Ranger, with sneak peeks at the Monsters and Versus 2-Packs.

Moderated by Andre Meadows of “Black Nerd Comedy,” the entertainment panel reunited the cast of Power Rangers Beast Morphers – Rorrie Travis, Jackie Scislowski, Jazz Baduwalia, Abe Rodriguez, Colby Strong and Liana Ramirez– as they talked about filming, life as Rangers and the importance diversity and inclusion play in the Power Rangers franchise. Fun clips were shown including one with fellow castmates Cosme Flores and Kristina Ho, a hilarious bloopers reel and a Dino crossover sneak-peek. The panel – and overall PulseCon brand programming – ended on an epic note as the Power Rangers Dino Fury sneak-peek clip took the screen, followed by an exclusive cast reveal of the Red, Pink and Blue Dino Fury Rangers!

Fans can also expect brand new Power Rangers product reveals from the brand team at Hasbro PulseCon!

Unleash the Beasts! The cast of Power Rangers Beast Morphers will be reuniting live at PulseCon sharing behind the scenes stories from the set and talking about what life has been like being a Power Ranger! The panel, moderated by Andre Meadows (@BlackNerd), will feature never before seen footage and a live Q&A. If that’s not enough, we’ll be making a historic announcement….or should we say PREHISTORIC! Ranger Nation, if this panel could be summed up in one word, it would be MORPHINOMINAL!

Taking place on September 25-26, 2020 exclusively on the Hasbro Pulse YouTube Channel and hosted by SYFY Wire on-air correspondent, writer, and producer, Jackie Jennings, Hasbro PulseCon promises fans in the US and Canada a front row seat to panels, talent appearances, brand reveals, product giveaways and more; connecting consumers to their favorite brands in an immersive, one-of-a-kind setting that, along with the eOne portfolio, will bring fans the best in entertainment, music, and toys.
