NEWS – Power Rangers 25th Anniversary Episode Details

Super Ninja Steel

The first details of the Power Rangers 25th Anniversary Episode have been officially announced by IGN.

First, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel returns for its mid-season premiere on Saturday, August 25th at noon on Nickelodeon.

Second, Nickelodeon will air the anniversary team-up at 8 p.m. on August 28th, the date that Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers first premiered on the Fox Kids Network.

Third, returning Rangers include Tommy Oliver (Jason David Frank),  Kat Hillard (Catherine Sutherland), and Wes Collins (Jason Faunt).

Finally, according to Power Rangers Now, other returning cast members will include Jeff Parazzo, Li Ming Hu, Steven Skyler, Ciara Hanna, Yoshi Sudarso, and more.

It’s time to Ranger Up with your hosts as they talk all things Power Rangers on the Four Eyed Radio Network with RANGER COMMAND POWER HOUR!

In May’s extra episode, brought to you by our supporters on Patreon, we return with special guest co-hosts Theresa (@thetg17) Doug (@ickybooley) to bring you, Power Rangers: Survivor, Season 3 – Heroes vs. Helpers vs. Haters!

First, it was the Island of Illusion. Then, it was the Animarium…. What happens when you take 18 people from the Power Rangers universe and put them on a fantasy season of Survivor? A fascinating character study that collides two fandoms: Survivor and Power Rangers!

In Part One, we run through a fantasy season of Survivor with 6 Heroes (Power Rangers), 6 Helpers (Good or evil support characters) and 6 Haters (Main Villains and Generals). We discuss the new setting on Mesogog’s Island, cast 3 new teams and run through the first six episodes of Power Rangers Survivor: Heroes vs. Helpers vs. Haters!

Power Rangers Hyper Force

Earlier today, Saban Brands and Hyper RPG announced the new Twitch program “Power Rangers Hyper Force”. A couple weeks ago this was teased in Saban Brands’ 25th Anniversary plans.

Power Rangers Hyper Force is the the first licensed property to live-stream a table-top role playing game on Twitch. This will be an interactive experience where fans can send their own Ranger avatar on missions and boss battles.

The story is set in the year 3016 at Time Force Academy. A team of Time Force Ranger cadets must band together to defeat an ancient evil who is set on unraveling the very fabric of the universe. Under the leadership of their mentor, Jen Scott (played by Erin Cahill), and with the show’s Game Master, Malika Lim, the newly minted Rangers will cross both time and space to complete their mission while running into many familiar eras (and faces) along the way.

The cast includes Peter Sudarso (@PeterSAdrian) who plays Preston the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Ninja Steel, Andre the Black Nerd (@BlackNerd), Meghan Camarena (@Strawburry17), Paulie Schrier who played Bulk in numerous Power Rangers series, and Cristina Vee (@CristinaVee).

The show will premiere on October 24 from 6:00 – 9:00PM PT, live on www.twitch.tv/hyperrpg.
