In our Extra Episode for August 2022, brought to you by our supporters on Patreon, we interview Melissa Flores, best known in Ranger Nation for her work at Saban Brands as Director of Development and Production and Director of Power Rangers Content, at Hasbro as the Director of Storytelling and currently a writer, producer, consultant and creative executive with over a decade of experience.

Some of her work includes directing and writing Power Rangers Hyperforce, producing digital films like Power Rangers Legacy Wars: Street Fighter Showdown and Shattered Grid, co-creating the Twitch Digital series The Unleashed, which included a backup series in Image’s Radiant Black as well as being the writer and co-creator of the new MassiveVerse title “The Dead Lucky” and co-writer of the upcoming Radiant Pink. She will also be the new writer for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers starting with Issue 101.

Melissa talks about her time working at Saban Brands and Hasbro, voice work in Battle for the Grid, producing Power Rangers HyperForce, her thoughts on her upcoming run on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comics for BOOM! Studios and the MassiveVerse with The Dead Lucky and the Radiant Pink miniseries.
